As one who matriculated through Meriden's schooling system and graduated
Meriden High with the class of '39 (many years ago) my thoughts have a
tendency to wander back. The trouble is that I haven't found anyone to
'wander back' with me. I did hope to see something 'up my alley' on your
web page. No luck, tho. Have you any inkling of characters from my era being
in circulation somewhere in Meriden. I do have relatives on Converse Avenue
and, at one, time I l lived there, too. Will tell my son in Kensington of your
endeavor (he is building his own web page). Maybe you can exchange thoughts. I just surfed in from a link on Lt.Doug Parent's guest book.
So far your site is very interesting. There's a lot I've seen that I want
to check out. So I better get back to your site.
